As a part of reporting requirements, Kalamunda Christian School is required to advise the Australian Government’s Department of Education and Training with a Statement of Addresses, which contains our current students’ residential addresses, level of education, and boarding status.
This information is de-identified (i.e. does not contain student names) and is requested in accordance with section 21 of the Australian Education Regulation 2013.
If your child/ren’s residential address has changed since their enrolment at Kalamunda Christian School, and you have not provided us with updated information, please contact our office on 9291 8749 or email email@example.com to ensure your records are up to date before 17 May 2017.
You may ask the school to withhold your child/ren’s residential address if you object to providing this information to the department. In this case, we must receive your request in writing to the school office or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before 17 May 2017.
